Although we take every care to ensure that your delivery arrives safe and sound, please note that once your order has been picked up from our warehouses, all responsibility and liability is on the delivery partner to ensure a safe delivery. Our current delivery parters are MailPlus (AU), DHL (UK) and Post Haste (NZ).

Please pursue resolution with the delivery partner if anything has gone wrong specifically with the delivery of your order (for example if the parcel was stolen, or not put in a safe place).
